Guitar Craft is three things:

“A way to develop a relationship with the guitar.
A way to develop a relationship with music.
A way to develop a relationship with oneself.”

This residential course will be conducted by a team of experienced Crafties.

The 5-day Introductory (Saturday 4 – Wednesday 8) is open to anyone who wishes to attend, even those without any prior experience on the guitar.

Work will be on acoustic guitars in the New Standard Tuning – CGDAEG. 

Both guitar and Alexander Technique lessons will be offered in group and individual sessions, as well as daily Tal Chi practice. 

Work in the kitchen and in the house will be part of the daily schedule.

The Workestra Tour is open to those who have experience with the GC repertoire and wish to refine their experience in front of an audience. We will work on Performance Mechanics techniques.

The course includes accommodation and vegetarian meals, guitar instruction and daily sessions of Alexander Technique and Tai Chi.
