Orchestral Maneuvers’ Pop Up Sitting (& Lie Down) Series have began on March 15th – session two is taking place tomorrow, March 22nd, and welcomes everyone!

6 meetings / 6 weeks (recorded for those who cannot attend on ZOOM)  

When  – Wednesday afternoons beginning March

3:30-4:00 p.m. Eastern US (please check Google for time in your area; time changes in various places at various times during this series)

Where – via ZOOM 

What – We will explore one relation per meeting (beginning with Zero) for five minutes following with a quiet sitting or lie-down for 20 minutes during which we will continue with our own personal practice sequences.  

Dates March 15; March 22; March 29; April 5; April 12; April 19
