Opening meeting Sunday, 22 September 9 a.m. EDT — Middle Meetings Sunday, October 13 @ 9 a.m. EDT and Monday, October 14, 2024 @ 8 p.m. EDT — Closing meeting Sunday, 3 November, 2024 @ 9 a.m. EST (time change in the US is the previous night)

First meeting: Presentation of the Exercise (60 points)

Variations and Applications in Middle Meetings and pop-up meetings (beginning 1 October): Walking form, Accelerated form, Lie-down form, Relationship to Five Relations “Span” Triad, Applications to Playing and Instrument & in Speaking and Singing. All meetings will be 30 minutes long, except final meeting on 3 November which will be 60 minutes in length.

Sessions led by various members of OM ~ ~ ~ no fee to participate.
