Q: Where does the Benevolent Creative Impulse come from?
A: The Benevolent Creative Impulse comes from Love.

Q: Are Love and the Creative Impulse the same?
A: No. The Creative Impulse moves from Love, as Music moves from Silence. 
Or, to express it slightly differently: behind the Creative Impulse is Love, and behind Music is Silence.
