This Course is open to anyone who wishes to attend and has attended at least a Guitar Craft Level One Course. Attending this Course implies working in a Guitar Craft Kitchen. Mike Grenfell will direct this Introduction.

Mike writes:

“What do we mean by Kitchen Craft and how does it differ from Kitchen work?

All members of the Kitchen team will be instructed in how to develop their work in the Kitchen. It will include the
discipline of Kitchen Craft, involving a series of specific techniques and exercises. This is an opportunity for those
with little previous experience in the Kitchen to broaden and develop their work within Guitar Craft. For those with
experience in the Kitchen, we will take this work to a more advanced level.

By the end of the week, we will have extended Kitchen Craft to our guitar work, the processes of our everyday lives and beyond.”
