Woltersdorf, Germany

Guided by Jacopo Bertacco, Marian Hafenstein, Hernan Nunez, George Porter

Local Coordinators: Friederike Beins & George Porter

Arrivals: Sunday, April 24 noon-early afternoon
Departures: Saturday, April 30, afternoon

This Project is open to those who have attended at least one Guitar Circle and/or Guitar Craft Course-Project, and have applied the principles presented.

We will work on developing & arranging new pieces as well as rehearsing existing material in the BGE-GCE repertoire, with the aim of recording superb tracks for the BGE Vol II Album.

This Project also offers the opportunity for work on Applied Calisthenics (Led by Jacopo Bertacco), as part of our preparation towards the Recording Sessions.

George Porter and Jacek Kaleta (certified AT teachers) will present the Alexander Technique.

George on this:
“A key aspect of the Alexander Technique is learning to think in activity. We will explore this in the activity of playing guitar by asking ourselves a central question: ‘what needs to happen?’, and using visualization to refine our playing skills.”

Participants need to bring an acoustic-electric guitar (Ovation or GCPRO preferred), as well as guitar cable, XLR cable, and DI box.

The Project is residential, accommodation and meals will be provided.

Required contribution: EUR 570
Please ask for special discounts and payment terms if needed.
